Horseback Riding
Smith Mountain Farm and Stables is a family owned and operated guided horseback riding facility. Formerly located in Loudoun County, VA, this award-winning business is now located minutes from Smith Mountain Lake. We offer guided horseback riding adventures, horsemanship day camps and cabin rentals. It is our goal to provide safe and enriching experiences for guests as well as highlighting the history of the lake and surrounding counties. Beginners welcome!

Pineview Farm Alpacas
John and Robin Watson of Pineview Farm Alpacas has a 25 acre farm nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, just a few miles from both Smith Mountain Lake and Roanoke.
